Refund policy

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To ensure a smooth return, please note:

• All returns must be authorized by Lee Roberts Music Publications before shipping. To request authorization, simply email us at: info.leerobertsmusic@gmail.com
  with the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason.

• Returns should be mailed back within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Once you have your return authorization, please send your items back within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we’ve approved otherwise. We carefully review any claims of damage or shipping errors and will gladly assist if an issue is confirmed. This helps us keep our policies fair for everyone.

When returning an item, please:

• Choose and pay for your preferred shipping carrier unless we’ve authorized otherwise.

• Use a trackable shipping service so your return can be confirmed and processed. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for returns that don’t reach us or can’t be verified due to lack of tracking.

• Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return process is complete.

Once we receive your return in good condition, we’ll promptly issue a credit to your original payment method.
